Can I stay with my pet?
No, pets are not permitted at our facility.
I would like to give a stay as a gift. Can someone other than the guest make the payment?
We accept advance payments by bank transfer.

Yes, we accept waiting list requests by phone. Please note that waiting lists may not be available depending on the date or plan.

Cancellation charges apply from 7 days prior to arrival date:

· 3-2 days before: 30%
· 1 Day before: 50%
· Arrival Date / No-shows: 100%

Same-day reservations are available, except for special packages.

Absolutely. Child and infant charges vary by bedding, meals, and services.
Can I reserve a room for single?
Yes, single occupancy reservations are welcome.

No, these services are not available. For urgent needs, please contact the front desk.

Yes, both services are available at the front desk.
What should I do if I get sick or injured while staying at the hotel?
Please notify the front desk first. If medical care is required, we will immediately direct you to the nearest medical center.
Can an extra bed be arranged in the room?
No, additional beds are not available.
Do you offer a wheelchair for rent?

Do you provide baby food? Can you heat food that I bring for my baby?
No, baby food is not available at the hotel.
If you bring your own, please ask our staff and we will be happy to warm it for you.

Do you have disposable diapers or powdered milk?
No, these items are not available at the hotel, but you may purchase them nearby:

What kind of rental items are available?
Wheelchairs, high-seat chairs, irons, DVD players, and trouser presses are available. Please contact us in advance, as quantities are limited.
Can I arrange a gift for a birthday or anniversary? Are there any special services from the hotel for such occasions?
Yes, we would be delighted to offer a heartfelt gesture for your special occasion.
With advance notice, we can also arrange cakes, bouquets, and other items according to your budget and preferences.

Facilities & Amenities

Do you have a mini-bar in the room?
No, the in-room refrigerator is not stocked as a mini-bar and is empty; however, complimentary room-temperature mineral water is provided.
What facilities and amenities are provided in the rooms?
Each room is equipped with:
Air conditioning, heated toilet seat, humidifying air purifier, bath (some rooms shower only), TV, telephone, refrigerator, electric kettle, and safe.

The following amenities are also provided:
Hair dryer, razor, toothbrush, hairbrush, cotton swabs, washcloth, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.
Do you have barrier-free rooms?
No, our hotel is not fully barrier-free, however, we will do our best to assign a room near the elevator, depending on availability.
Which rooms have Western-style beds?
Western-style beds are available in the ONCRI Deluxe Twin, Beachfront Bath Japanese Twin, Beachfront Bath Twin, and Moderate Japanese-Western rooms.
What is sold at the hotel shop?
Our shop offers a curated selection of items from across Japan, including local crafts and specialties.
Do you have childcare services or kids' programs?
We regret to inform you that we do not offer childcare services or kids’ programs.
Do you have private dining rooms for small groups?
No, we do not have private dining rooms; however, we will do our best to arrange a suitable table for your group, depending on the size and availability.
Where can I smoke in the hotel?
Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking room on the 1st floor.
Are there non-smoking rooms?
Yes, all guest rooms are non-smoking.
Are PCs or workstations available for guest use or rental?
No, we do not offer a business center or PC rental service.
Does the hotel offer Wi-Fi?
Free Wi-Fi is available in all guestrooms and throughout the hotel.
Are there vending machines?
Yes, vending machines offering non-alcoholic beverages are available on the premises.
Are there elevators?
Yes, an elevator is available in the East Area only.

Yes, a public bath is available; however, it does not contain hot spring (onsen) water.

Yes, light meals are available on our café menu, starting from ¥1,100.
Can visitors dine at the restaurant for dinner?
Yes, visitors are welcome to dine with us, subject to availability. Advance reservations are recommended.
Is there a bar or lounge where I can enjoy drinks before or after dinner?
Yes, the bar counter at KOYOMI STUDIO on the 1st floor offers a variety of local Saga sake, cocktails, and more.
It is open until 10:30 PM.
Can I order extra dishes in addition to my meal package?
Yes, we offer a selection of seasonal recommended dishes.
Can I bring my own drinks to the dining area?
Yes, we allow BYO (Bring Your Own) drinks.
A corkage fee of ¥2,200 (tax included) applies per bottle (720 ml).

Are child or infant chairs available in the dining area?
Yes, both child and infant chairs are available.
Are kids' meal options available?
Yes, we offer two children’s meal options:

- Kids’ Set Meal “Okosama Gozen” (ages 10-12): A more complete meal.

- Kids’ Plate “Okosama Plate” (ages 6-8 and under): A smaller, lighter meal.
Do you offer meal options suitable for elderly guests with special needs?
Yes, we can arrange meals cut into small pieces upon request. Please let us know in advance.
I have dietary restrictions due to allergies, religious reasons, or food preferences.
We will do our best to provide suitable alternative dishes. Please contact us at least 3 days before your arrival. Kindly note that, depending on the details of your request, it may not be possible to meet all requirements.

Are the baths in guest rooms ONSEN?
No, both the guest room baths and the public baths use regular heated water, not natural hot spring (onsen) water.
What amenities are provided in the public bath?
The following amenities are provided:
Men's bath: Hair dryer, brush, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, liquid soap, hair tonic, skin toner, skin milk, and cotton swabs.

Yes, saunas are available in both men's and women's public baths.

Yes, you must review and agree to the "Pool Usage Terms and Conditions" before using the pool. Please read and confirm the terms at the front desk on the day of use.
